We would like to thank Allen Durham, CEO and all of the members of Star & Shield Insurance Exchange for your generosity and support. A total of $3475.00 was raised during the charity campaign. From January through September 30th the Fallen Firefighter Survivors Foundation was selected by callers, 695 times. Mr. Durham announced the campaign would continue through the end of this year.

Here’s how it works…

There is no obligation for an eligible caller to purchase in order for the FFSF to receive the $5 per quote. The caller must be eligible to join Star & Shield (see www.starandshield.com for eligibility information) and request a quote. The caller will be asked to pick from a select list of charities, if the caller chooses the FFSF, then the FFSF will receive a $5 donation from Star & Shield Insurance Exchange (limit one donation per household). Star & Shield has over 3,000 members now throughout the state of Florida and the awareness of the company continues to build as more and more members of the Fire Rescue/EMS and Law Enforcement/Corrections community switch to an insurance company that is exclusively for them and owned by its members (policyholders)!
